Checkers sixty60 poor quality food delivered

It's the 2nd time I experience quality issues from Checkers sixty60. 1st time rolls were delivered stale, this time around the bread was delivered with a torn plastic and the bread was hard, indicating that the plastic has been torn for a while. When I submit the issue to checkers Sixty there's no response from them.
