Checkers Sixty60 pay back the money!!

I've become increasingly frustrated with these Checkers Sixty60 people. Online shopping is suposed to bring convenience and ease of access to one's life, except these guys bring only nightmares. The particular problem relates to how they Pre-Authorize an amount on your credit card, they further debit the funds, but always, always forget to reverse the hold on your credit card. You get sent from pillar to post when attempting to get this reversal done, and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME one orders. On the current case, it has been 13 working days and no reversal, effectively these people are denying me access to my own money! And their service with trying to get a resolution is just pathetic! One thing for sure, is they've lost a customer in me. Never, ever again. ANDIZI!!!
