Checkers Sixty60 over 2 hours no delivery

I ordered Sixty60 at 12:32. At 15:08 the order is still not here!!! I called the store to ask if I can please collect my order as I in fact needed it at 2 (which was the original delivery promise). I was told No, you must wait. I cannot even cancel the order and go buy in store. I am fuming and there is no recourse.
