Checkers Sixty60 order cancelled and no refund received

Good day. I placed an order on the 14th of August at about 1pm. It said that there was a large demand in service and that it would only arrive the afternoon. Late the afternoon while it said live shopping was being done my order just got cancelled by Checkers. I got an email saying the money will be reversed and will be in my bank in the next few days. We are now on the 26th of August and still I have not received any refund. This is extremely poor and makes me think twice now about using this service that always seemed to work so well.
