Checkers Sixty60 NO REFUND

I've been using many grocery delivery apps during the lockdown period from Zulzi to OneCart - both apps really good in terms of communication and refunds.

I have utilized the CheckersSixty60 app - it's been an absolute disaster. Not ONE refund on any of my orders to date. When I queried this - I was promised FIVE to SIX times that someone would be in touch with me - still nobody has reached out.

One influencer also raised concerns on Social Media - but it seems it's more important for the brand to bank the refunds as profits.
