Checkers Sixty60 no refund 3 weeks later

3 weeks ago I ordered a couple of items and a case of ciders. The case never arrived along with the other items when I followed up Sixty60, the manager at Checkers Durbanville contacted me and told me that they could not find the case anywhere, instead they would refund me within an hour so I have credit on the app. A week later still no refund I contacted and was told that there was "technical difficulties" and that the refund is pending but should clear in 24 hours. A week later after that still no refund I was told the exact same thing. This past Friday I was put on hold for 30min eventually having my airtime ran out, the Manager at the Durbanville Checkers refused to take my call as "they were too busy". My next step is laying a case of theft against Checkers Durbanville Management at the Durbanville Police station.
