Checkers Sixty60 must up their game!

I ordered on the 12th of June products from Checkers via the app. When I did the pre-authorisation, typed in my OTP etc, the money was deducted from my account. However, the app and my bank did not connect for some reason. So I did a new order, which was paid and delivered.

Order ***6 was successful and delivered, but order ***0 was cancelled, but I still got charged for it on my bank.

After contacting them, I am still waiting the money of R 700 to be paid back.

Highly upset as R 700 in these times, are a lot of money
