Checkers Sixty60 - it's all about the money not the service

Pathetic customer service. Have been using them since lockdown, and always thought they were the best for home delivery. But in recent weeks and months it's just become beyond pathetic. Orders are incorrect, or very late, items missing, items damaged, alternative option gives you 3 seconds to choose then locks you out before you can.

Last straw is today's order. Chocolate ice cream arrives half melted because the drive got lost. Then when I take it out to give my kids I find it's partially open at one of the clips. When I take off the lid I find it's only half way in the 2L tub. Looks like half eaten tub that's been sitting in someone's freezer for months.

What the hell am I supposed to do with this?
