Checkers Sixty60 is failing

I find this system started very well but is failing terribly. I can not remember when was the last time I received all the items I ordered which was shown as AVAILABLE, but less items were delivered - apparently some items were out of stock. I submitted issues and phoned them more than once - they blatantly ignored my plea for service. Some items were shown as available, but then all of a sudden out of stock. I placed a second order immediately thereafter and those "OUT OF STOCK" items were available again!!
