Checkers Sixty60 how disappointing

Last week I purchased over R600 worth of groceries, which means I had to receive 3 miniature collectibles, on delivery I only received 1 collectible, I then called called head office to inform them about the shortage, I was told I would be refunded the delivery fee. I refused the refund due to the fact that in order to receive a collectible one has to spend R200. I was then sent an email stating I can collect the 2 collectibles owing to me at the N1 city store, once again I disagreed with this due to the fact that I now had to spend extra cash for fuel to pickup these 2 miniature collectibles. I asked for the 2 collectibles to be delivered when I next make a Sixty60 purchase on which I was flatly refused because this is not part of their procedure. Now I have 3 very disappointed little girls who was eagerly await these miniatures.
