Checker's Sixty60 delivery is my go-to!

I want to compliment the Checkers 60 app and service. It’s impeccable, especially in comparison to the Woolies Dash app and service. I have never experienced any problems. I love the ease and speed of delivery. I love the ability to choose substitutions upfront. I love that debits are taken or released immediately preventing long standing pending transactions on my account. I love that it is convenient to log a complaint about a product upon delivery and that an immediate credit is applicable without any fuss or lengthy process. I love that if you deliver late or do not have stock of 80% of products order you refund the delivery charge. I love that I have at times received free products as gifts due to incompetence and accidents that occur. Well done. Checkers has definitely been the innovative leader with these types of apps, but they have a long way to go. Stock is still an issue as they do not have nearly all that they do on the app as what they have in store.
