Checkers Sixty60 delivery drivers not delivering to correct location

I make use of Checkers Sixty60 every single week for my weekly groceries. I absolutely love using this service and I have had almost no issues. The only major issue I have are the employees who deliver the orders. On the Sixty60 website it says "Delivered to your door for only R35", key part of that sentence being "TO YOUR DOOR". I live in an apartment building so the drivers would need to drop the order off at the reception area. The drivers do not do that. 95% of the time the drivers will park down the road and expect me, a 1.4m tall woman, to carry multiple heavy bags that are half my size each up the road by myself. What's even more frustrating is that I ALWAYS give very generous tips and the drivers do not even deliver properly. Today I asked the delivery person if he could please at least help me carry the bags to the entrance of the building and he did not look very happy about it.

Checkers, please, either have your drivers deliver to the correct location or start using bags with handles so that it is easier to carry.
