Checkers sixty60

I have used Checkers Sixty60 three times. on all three occasions, I have got something I did not request, replacing another product. There is the option to chose an alternative but I only once did that. With my second order I got cat food replaced which I did not request. I told the driver and he called for me. The woman credited me with that amount and apologised for tthat. the last order had 8 litres of apple juice when I order red g****juice and did not ask for a replacement. I wrote a complaintand said I wanted them to come and collect the juice which I paid over R150 for. I received an email, thanking me for using sixty60 with NO acknowledgement of my complaint!! I rep**** twice to complain, ask them to fetch the goods and credit me. She has ignored both emails. I am very unhappy and after complaining twice, the store should be told to not replace articles UNLESS REQUESTED.
