Checkers SIXTY60. Canceled delivery and no refund and impossible to get any help from call centre!

This is for SIXT60 I placed an order . The delivery driver took it upon himself to cancel my order, because i did not answer when he called for an access code. This was not even 10 minutes after I placed the order! I received an SMS stating that a refund will be processed, but this amount was less the delivery fee of R35! The driver had not even left the shop when he canceled the order, so how can he claim a delivery fee!! what a chancer. I have called the help line to follow up on my refund. i was told they have technical problems and my refund is at least 20th in the queue, and they are not giving it priority, in spite of it being escalated when i first called them. today, a week later i tried to follow up and the voice mail says i have reached them after hours! its 9.30am for petes sake!!! so... I never got my groceries I was charged for something i never received AND I have not got my money back. Disgusting. Would someone PLEASE get my money refunded! I will NEVER use this service again! Its not the first time I have had problems!
