Checkers sixty60 - bad service

12th August 2021. While on holiday in the Margate area. My fiancé and i purchased a birthday cake for my fathers birthday from Checkers Margate. We decided to use Checkers sixty60 for the first time. The delivery man arrived at the gate and without a call or sms, cancelled our order within only 3 minutes of him waiting.

We then inconveniently drove to Checkers South coast mall where Mr Moonsamy (assistant manager) advised he would follow up and let us know. No follow up received yet. He also advised a refund would be processed shortly - which has NOT been done either.

Just a really big inconvenience, especially while on holiday. Use Netflorist for cake delivery (more reliable).
