CHECKERS SIXTY60- APP FAULT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very dissapointed with Checkers Sixty 60. Their app had an payment issue on the day that I orderder groceries from them. The amount was reserved in my account and the order was cancelled. The amount is still, 3 weeks later, reserved and not available for me to use. After many emails back and forth and phone calls without any assistance from CheckersSixty60, I feel obliged to warn other customers against them, they are quick to take your money, but not so quick with customer service after a fault that was theirs!!!
