checkers sixty60 app a farce

Checkers sixty60 does not respond to your inquiries or refund you at all for items that are out of stock. Is this a **** or a legitmate oversight on the part of Checkers? Will not use the app or support checkers anymore because they dont seem to care about my inquiry after spending thousands of rands on groceries, my record on the app is proof of this.
