Checkers, Sixty60 and El Forage and Feast huge let down

I must say I was alway a fan of Checkers and Checkers Sixty60, but after this week I will think twice…… Firstly we bought two of the El Forage and Feast mustard vinaigrette on the sixty60 app. Usually when they do not have the item in stock they ask if you want a substitute or they remove it from the cart. This time they just gave us some of the orange vinaigrette without asking or anything. When we complained on the app they only gave us credit. Now we sit with two product we don’t want and had to go to the store anyway to go buy the mustard vinaigrette…… what a waste of time. What is the use of the app then? Isn’t it to save time and make it more convenient?

Secondly we bought one box of the El Forage and Feast pasteis de natas. On the box clearly states 4 pasteis de natas are in the box, only to come home and find only two in the box for dessert. Must we from now on open each box at the till to make sure the correct quantity is inside?

Was a huge let down….
