Checkers Sixty60 and Checkers Sunward Park

I buy from Checkers sixty60 on a daily bases you can check my account, I spend my entire salary with them. On Sunday I did my weeks groceries it arrived and I packed all away, on Monday afternoon when I defrosted the chicken it was rotten, I phoned Checkers Sunward Park immediately and notified them. The lady said someone will call and no one did so I also phoned Sixty60 and reported to them, they told me I will get a refund and it will take 24 hours, it is well past 24 hours and nothing a guy from Checkers phoned me this morning as well and asked did I get a credit yet and I said no and he said he will follow up....today I wanted to make gem squash I bought on Sunday, took it out and guess what it is rotten as well, I got the refund for that but till now still waiting for the refund on the chicken. I phoned the call center again and now the lady is telling me that it takes 24 - 48 hours, this is crazy! When I buy my groceries from you do you wait 48 hours for me to decide to pay you?? Its not my fault the items are rotten, I need to replace it.

I will very easily spend my money elsewhere Checkers and sixty60 is not the only service around!
