Having problems with almost all online orders in Pietermaritzburg. They don't have stock of the products or replacements you order. Asking to approve replacement online, but still you don't receive anything. Phoning the store to solve the product issue, then they tell you to phone the call centre. Then you call the call centre and they tell you they don't deal with product complaints. This ongoing issues force people to rather go to the opposition. This vital 60min service during Covid is definitely not working.
