Checkers Sixty60

I ordered 5 times from Checkers via the Sixty60 app in the past 3 weeks and only received my first order's refund. Half of the groceries I ordered they didn't have and was suppose to refund me..... Well I'm still waiting. Last week I sent emails requiring why I haven't received any of my money back. Now they want me to get bank statements as proof that I haven't received any money????????? Can't they see that no payment was made to my account?? Must I now work to get my money back from them???? I don't think so. I gave them till Tuesday to come with proof of the so-called refunds they did or the money must reflect in my bank, if not then I'll take legal action.
