Checkers Sixty Terrible Customer Service

Checkers sixty charged me twice for duplicate order. It’s been two days with unresolved issues and multiple team members not getting back to me as promised.

I am basically the one calling multiple times, and each time no one keeps their word to call back or even provide feedback. With each call I need to explain to a new person and clearly no one cares.

They basically told me it’s my problem and I need to figure it out. I have never experienced such terrible service where I am clearly not taken seriously as a customer.

Extremely disappointed….by far the worst customer experience.
