Checkers Sixty is terrible

Checkers Sixty online ordering is terrible - customer service the worst. I made an order a month ago for a whole grilled chicken, and got a lemon and herb chicken, not even cooked. I did not choose an alternative but I ignored this. Last week I made another order of a whole grilled chicken for 79.99 and instead, got 4 pieces of chicken for R56. I was upset as I chose no alternative and if they were professional, should have told me and refunded me instead of the ******* I got. I complained and asked to speak to a manager and was told that he had confirmed i would be refunded in 24hrs. I called after 24hrs and was told after 48hrs and I have not been refunded and 48hrs have passed. I have called, I have complained online and still no refund. I'm really disappointed that your service is so poor for such a strong brand. I wil never use your services ever again. My 2 order numbers are ***9 and ***0.
