Checkers Sixty is actually Checkers 230

Hi,

I am out of words at a 2nd attempt from my previous Bad experience using the Checkers Sixty.

This time around, I placed an order for my grocery list at 12h08, and my order was processed successfully (have a screenshot) and ETA was 14h11, then kept changing & now as I write this review ETA is 15h42 (Got delivered at 15h24). Only received comms about the delivery being late only at 15h27 (This is not customer service)

Why is it called 'Sixty', if it will take +- 4 hours.

My first bad experience is when a payment went off Twice, because the app froze on my side (on my side it said it was canceled), called the contact centre twice to enquire about the refund.

When I called the 3rd time, I was told Checkers Sixty did the refund but will take 10 working days.
