Checkers Sixty: I need my refund

Had bad experience with Checkers Sixty. When I shop on line products were available, after a payment that is were I saw that certain products were out of stock. I have been waiting for MY REFUND TILL NOW, when I call they say I will be refunded within 7days... its more than 7days already but nothing on my account.

This happened more than once Checkers sixty is busy ******** customers!!...
