Checkers Sixty 60 - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ive ordered groceries from Checkers Sixty 60 and the driver delivered the package at the wrong house and left. I immediately phoned the Checkers (where the groceries were dispatched from) the lady was not helpful, I've sent an email to help@checkers and received a reference number: ***. It's been over a year (going for 2 years) that the issue is still not resolved! I would like a refund since the parcel was NOT DELIVERED TO ME!!!!
