Checkers Sixty 60

Good day

Today I must say I am extremely disappointed in your checkers sixty six deliver service. I have used it a couple of times before and within 60 minutes or less my order was delivered. Today after months I am using it again and to my surprise I get my order almost 3 hours later. I placed my order at 15:52 and it only got delivered at 18:30. So my question is why do you promise people the convenience of having stuff delivered in 60 minutes but it obviously takes longer? What is the point to order from you then. Now I will no longer be using this service as it does not work like it used to before.
