I believe in praise where it is due and Checkers has really done an amazing job with their delivery service. I've tried them all and none even comes close to Checkers in this regard. The app is extremely easy to use and the way way you can track the process is super. Once the app indicates the driver is 1 minute away, I can literally open the gate and he'll drive through it within 30 seconds. I once had a product arriving damaged, but through the app it was immediately credited to my wallet. No hassle at all. Choosing alternatives is vital as you will either get another similar product or not. So begore you complain about not receiving something, check that you have in fact indicated an alternative or chose not to have one. Overall Checkers, well done on what is in my opinion the absolute best grocery delivery service in SA. Leaps and bounds ahead of anyone else.
