Checkers sixty 60 does not refund items & ignores requests

I made two orders on the Checkers Sixty 60 app. On the one the peanut butter jar was broken and on the other 2 bricks of butter were ordered but no butter arrived. I am not unreasonable so simply submitted the issues on the app and expected a reply followed by a refund. I have for the third time submitted my request with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from them. So I take it my money has been ****** and no refund will be given. I will never use this.service again. Do not use them, they allow you to submit an issue but no response from them.
