Checkers Sixty-60 disgusting customer service

I ordered Checkers Sixty-60 on the 18th of September. Only half my groceries were delivered, but I was charged double my amount. I have still not recieved my money back from Checkers and after numerous unsuccessful attempts with customer service, I am fed up to say the least. Absolutely unacceptable!
