Checkers Sixty-60 DISGUSTING

If I could give a negative star I would! I ordered off the Checkers 60 App on the 24th of June, payment went through, Checkers even emailed me a confirmation of Order received, later when I checked the App it showed the Order had been cancelled as payment was not received, I called the "Customer Care" number and was advised to re-order and that the funds would be returned to my account by Monday, Monday came and NOTHING, called again was advised to go to my bank and ask for them to refund the money, the bank asked that Checkers supply a letter stating that the order had been cancelled, called Checkers again they asked for a bank statement and would get back to me, waited a day and NOTHING, called them again and was advised that they would mail the bank a letter and that the funds should be back in my account by Friday Afternoon, again NOTHING, phoned today 4 July 2022 and was told NO they will not give such a letter to me, so to break it down CHECKERS doe not CARE about their Customers and their CUSTOMER CARE number is a JOKE. this is DISGUSTING service DISGUSTING, I am not asking Checkers to refund or give freebies or anything just a letter stating they cancelled the order so that I can get the funds back!!!!
