Checkers sixty 60 bad service

I'm disappointed at the way my order was handled. I requested an order 2 times only for it be cancelled with a comment "out of stock". Today when I checked the same item is still available I've placed another order and still waiting. I called to confirm if my order was received I was told the manager will call me and I asked if I can come to make a rain check I was told NO rain checks are not available at liquor department.
