Checkers Silver Lakes Bad Sells used appliances

I bought a Platinum frying pan on the 21st March 2023, l didn't open the box to check if all is in order. 2 days later l open the box to use it, THEY SOLD ME A USED FRYING PAN. Now l can't find my receipt to return it. I'm stuck with it.......l am fuming. I want my money back
