checkers should take a closer at their pathetic sixty60 staff

hi checkers sixty60 is a bad service coz I tried them for the 1st although I've been a checkers customer for as long as I can remember every month my 1st stop is checkers then maybe others if I didn't get everything I wanted oz sometimes out of stock ... but I decided let me use their sixty60 delivery service coz every month I usually need stuff but I go there but now I thought let's do this & my 1st time experience was not good at all in my order was a tray od 30 eggs & my wife & I had different ideas of ordering eggs. I told her you can't transport eggs on a motor bike so she said what if they send a car coz she saw cars also doing delivery so I said let's do this our delivery was quick but I saw a motor bike. my son took delivery while I looked on & I told him lock under the egg tray & it was wet so I opened the tray & there were 11 burst eggs so I logged a complaint on the app & phone call center & I was given a ref. no. & was told 24 to 48 hours the refund will reflect on my app wallet which wasn't so I called again & was given the same story 24/48 hours but still nothing & I called twice after that only to hang on phone without answer for almost 20 minutes on both occasions the person who despatch the delivery should know better coz how can you transport a 30 tray eggs on a back of a motorcycle with a dinky toy box at the back that's pathetic my opinion is the dispatcher & driver are flipping idiots .... I go to checkers twice a month & these sixty60 staff got no regard for shoppers they just rush around not giving shoppers a chance to shop in peace I did read some bad reviews about sixty60 but still took my chance
