Checkers shopping bad service ( Lovies Nappies quality )

i buy about three bags of Lovies nappies every month for my 18month old baby . In the beginning of the month of November i bought one pack of Lovies nappies and half way through the pack we found that there is one nappy that only got one sticky wing on it . i reported this to checkers customer care and was told by the consultant that i can take the pack back with the defective nappy to the store and they will give me a new pack. she then gave me a reference number .i went to the Checkers store in Westgate Mall where we do all our shopping and was told by the manager that they cant find my reference number on the system and its possible that it was sent to a different store . he then asked that i can call the customer care department again and ask them to send the reference number to his branch and he will gladly help me . my wife was at the store on the 20.th Nov. to by a new pack but they did not have the normal pack that we always buy and had to settle for the pull up Lovies nappies . i have now called Checkers customer care department and they are now telling me that they will only replace the one defective nappy and not the complete pack that was promised . i have bought so much of these packs in the past 18 months some time four packs a month as my wife love the product . i will switch over to another brand of nappies and will shop at Checkers ,i will not suggest the product to any of my friends. this is bad customer service and a poor product quality checks was done on the product . why should i get this from Checkers as its one of there own brands that was not properly checked in the factory and a bad quality nappy was produced .
