Checkers' Service!!

Wednesda,y 3 weeks ago, I purchased 2 boxes of Fry's burgers from my local store advertised as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" and so I bought 2 but at home discovered that I did not get one free! Wrote to Checkers, who have often assisted in the past, but the only response* was from "60 Minutes" who said to approach the store which I did last Wednesday and was effectively told "bad luck, you should have selected 3 boxes". Subsequently I discovered their pamphlet advertised them as "Buy Two and Get a 3rd Free". This removed the ambiguity! I approached them again this week and discovered Jason, a helpful manager who was apalled at the treatment I received and rectified matters. *Received a Google "message not delivered" to the mail addressed to "***". One would have thought that Checkers would appreciate private feedback on their stores.
