Checkers selling rotten chicken

I am so disappointed by the service and standard of Checkers Forest Hill City :( While doing my groceries, I picked up some fresh chicken breasts and Purity pouches for my little one. When I get to the tills I notice that the chicken has a funny smell and one of the pouches is empty but tightly closed and filled with air. Fine, mistakes happen. My disappointment stems from the supervisor's reaction to me alerting him of this. He took the chicken and empty pouch and simply goes "should I get you others?" - like really? I ask him - "from the same fridge" and he says yes - with proper attitude at that. I did not want anything from that fridge and doubt I will ever want anything from that Checkers again!
