Checkers selling ****

Absolutely appalled by Checkers in Gateway mall💔.

On the 17 March I went to get a bicycle for my son”SUPRISE birthday gift”. Got the bicycle then head to the till where I got told that the price scanning is not the same as the one on the shelf. They called for whoever was in charge of the isle he came and asked to take the bicycle with him. I asked him to please assemble it correctly and tighten all bolts as I don’t have any male in the house, infact I verbatimly said “ I don’t have a husband so if you could please tighten up everything thing and ensure that it’s functioning properly before I leave” guy took the bicycle I waited a whole hour at the till waiting for the price and the bicycle. After a very long wait the guy who was a packer had to go find out what was the hold up he came back with a price then eventually someone else came back with the bicycle. I paid and left the store when I got home it was 6:00pm I set up for the SUPRISE at 7:30 when my son was riding it for the first time one bolt fell off, I put it back on using my hands then the rubber on the small wheels at the back came off had to put that back.

5 days later the handle fell off. REMEMBER I HAD ASKED SOMEONE WHO IS PAID FOR THIS TO TAKE CARE OF ALL OF THIS . I’m absolutely disgusted with you guys. I drove all the way from Pinetown to get that bicycle and asked you to check that everything is in good order but you decided to ***** me up instead🚮 I WILL NEVER SET FOOT EVER AGAIN AT CHECKERS ! You are *******s .
