Checkers Selcourt Towers

I am sooo irritated with Checkers Selcourt Towers. I went in to the store and was walking around doing some shopping, I noticed that S****fuls Ice cream was on special.

The advert stated that assorted S****fuls Ice cream was on special, I took a tub of s****fuls ice cream (Tin Roof) to the counter to pay and the normal price range up on the till. When questioning the fact that the item was marked as being on special but had rung up as the normal price, I was shouted at by the Mangaress on duty 20 August 2021 that tin roof was excluded from the special.

Upon returning to the freezer where the Ice Cream was in order to check the special advert above the ice cream, the advert DID NOT have any specification that Tin Roof was excluded from the special.... as far as I am aware, according to the consumer rights act, the information stipulated on the advert is what the consumer is entitled to pay for the specific item and that the era is on checkers if they have incorrectly advertised the special in store.

I am HORRIFIED that a large organisation can treat its customers this way.
