Checkers *********** security guards & Rude managers

I shopped at your Brooklyn Mall store on Monday afternoon 19/08/2024 at 16:00 and was wrongfully accused of shoplifting. I co-operated with security and they checked my bags. They found that nothing was ******. I asked for a refund because I DO NOT tolerate unwarranted harassment and embarrassment. I paid with a Pretorium Trust card and the rude floor manager, Margaret and the *********** security took the card. I waited for more than 10 minutes for a mere refund but was not attended to. It has been more than 48 hours with no refund. Is this how Checkers treats all their customers or just their black female customers??
