Checkers Sandton is the worst!!!

Checkers Sandton has the worst service I have experienced. After losing my loyalty card I have been trying to get a replacement or use my is number at the till. On 3 occasions the till workers refused to help me and the manager was arrogant and walked away without resolving my query.
