Checkers Rylands butcher/meat - workers wearing no Gloves

I often shopping at Checkers in Rylands but noticed that none of the workers working in the butchery/meat area where gloves over their hands when working with meat that we as customers purchase and consume. How unhygienic and disgusting!!! What are the hygiene compliance requirements for working with meat in a hygienic manner in Checkers under Shoprite holdings??? Quite shocking to see especially after all the hype around hygiene post-covid. Frustrated customer.
