Checkers - Rylands

This is the first and last time that I will be buying at checkers Rylands. The manager was very helpful and the supervisor that has assisted him with my exchange. But when waiting on my exchange I decided to get a coffee from the kiosk and the lady that has assisted me has the most terrible attitude, she treated me as if I did something wrong. And then when calling back to make a complaint about her the manager has the nerve to shut me up and say he will deal with it. I am completely dum struck to the way this store deals with customers. Never again....
