Checkers Rustenburg mall supervisor Hazel

I have never been so humiliated and disrespected I went to checkers rustenburg mall last night around 6, we were coming from church just to get bread The cashier who helped us forgot to ask for the extra savings card I also forgot to tell her that I forgot it in the car So she called the lady Hazel I'm thinking that's her supervisor This lady was so harsh and disrespectful My husband came in the store she was also rude to him as he was asking what the delay was and if they can't help they can just refund our money and we can go She further gave us looks and walked away The lady at the bakery apologized, when this hazel lady came back she said something like "otlo ntinwa ke bana nako e" Please mam Hazel yes we still young me and my husband but we have never disrespected you and we didn't know bread and 3 chocolates could make you call us kids and talk to us the way you did and look at us the way you did I don't know if you noticed I also work in retail as I was wearing my work jersey! You can disrespect me it's okay But my husband just wanted to understand the delay please in future You can curse me all you want but not my husband
