Checkers Rustenburg disgraceful and arrogant staff making up rules as they go along

The attitude and 'service' at your Rustenburg branch is appalling to say the least. I visited your branch on Saturday wanting to buy the xtra savings special of 3x Omo 17 capsules @ R99, they had no stock so I decided to take a rain check, I asked for a rain check for 8 specials in other words, 24 tubs, I was refused and told that they cannot give me a rain check on so many.

I asked to speak to the manager and a extremely arrogant 'manager' if he is even worth the title approached me saying it is company rules that a customer can only get 6 specials and that 'everyone in the company knows that', I am not a Checkers employee and there is no indication on the brochure so I asked him how I am supposed to know this to which he rep****, 'because I am telling you.

This however does not make sense as 2 weeks ago when you were running a special on Tinkies, 2 boxes for R39.99 I bought 10 of said specials, meaning 20 boxes, YES FORTHY and the cashier did not say a single word. You are welcome to check the history on my Xtra Savings card.

To make matters even worse, I then asked my wife to stop by and get a rain check for another 6 as the 'manager' clearly stated to me that, that was the amount allowed. My wife visited the store literally 15min after I Ieft and the woman at the help desk told her that the max allowed is 3. So the rules that 'everyone in the company knows about' changed within the 15min that I had left the store.

The attitude of the staff at your Rustenburg branch is an absolute disgrace but I can clearly see that it runs straight throughout from cashiers to management.

I would like an explanation as to how rules are made and changed and there is no indication on the pamphlet, also IF I had by some miracle missed the info on the pamphlet how one staff member can say the max is 6 and another staff member then says the max is 3, the same staff member who wrote out MY rain check only minutes before.
