CHECKERS ROSEBANK MALL - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am so disappointed at the low service I received at CHECKERS ROSEBANK MALL. The staff knows nothing about their electronic devices. They told me that I must Google instructions .. including their own store policy. Please train the staff again, they all need a refresher. I was so let down by the poor service.

The store manager is a star by the way .. what a professional lady. Please do better!!!
