CHECKERS ROCKS!!!

I would like to compliment CHECKERS on handling a request from myself.

As I am allegic to ***'s milk and have found a very tasty and cost effective unsweetened soya milk (SIMPLE TRUTH UNSWEETENED SOYA MILK - (Barcode ***) which is only available at CHECKERS and I normally purchase it in bulk when available, My husband contacted Checkers as there was none on the shelf at any of the stores close to me.

He spoke to Elisha at Customer Care ***) 6 Oct 2022 and that started the whole process. Jade, the Checkers Fourways Mall Manager, contacted us and today, 10th October, I could go and collect 40 litres of the soya milk!

They had sourced it from different stores and had it brought to the Fourways Mall store for me to collect!!

Now this is what I call service!! They went the extra mile and then some. AND it was done with friendliness and such professionalism.

I really would like to say thank you to all who were involved and specially Elisha and Jade!! You were awesome!! Thank you CHECKERS!!
