I have 2 gift vouchers that were given to me in 2017 Dec and 2018 Dec and to my I get to the store m told cards have expired how so and can you please help on how possible is that. And on the cards its says the cards are for 5 years. I called Head Office a guy buy the name of Greg told me to go the store they will issue me with a new card but unfortunately I was told its impossible.

Please assist this is NONSENSE
