Checkers robbing people of their hard earned money for items they aren't delivering

Absolutely disgusting customer service from checkers 60sixty!!! I placed an order on the 26th Dec 21, items were out of stock so they were meant to refund me for the items, I sent through 3 requests on the app no response today I get a response from them to tell me that my refund will be processed 2-10 business days yet the app says 2- 3 working days it's already been 7 business days and then I get told by the same person that it is not a credit/refund and that I won't get an sms from my bank nor will it show on my bank statement I must check my bank balance for the change in my balance what nonsense is that? Checkers are robbing people of their hard earned money!!!!!! I want my money back for the items I never recieved!
