Checkers Rivonia not Better

Another poor experience at our local Rivonia Chekers store today. Previously I raised the same issue with store managers and always got some excuse like ‘loadshedding’ etc. (even if there was no load shedding). Today again most of the tills did not display any amount of my payment, (so I don’t see what I pay for the item) I brought this up with the manager, she just shrug her shoulders and she said they are busy with it. But on the way out I turned my head seeing the managers laughing at my complain between them… This fault at the till point is only a constructive criticism, and I raised it with the regional/national Checkers office and never even got a reply. I think this store does not deserve my business any longer, and it’s a disgrace being the largest retailer who does not give a damn. I tried to get through to the customer care line ***) today and got cut off. I can’t recommend this store to anyone at all.
